Sustainability

At Cero & Etage, we take responsibility for treating resources, both human and material, with respect. Our CSR efforts are based on the influences and opportunities we have in our value chain. They therefore include both the processes in the house, with the suppliers and the consumers. We strive to maximize our positive impact, all the places we can. Here you can read a little about the things that have happened over time.

November 2020

Green transition

In November 2020, we completed our project through the EU and the Danish Business Authority on green transition and the circular economy. Lifestyle & Design Cluster has been a facilitator on the project, and at Cero & Etage we have put more than 400 hours into the project. We now have a plan (Roadmap) to get to the goal of the green transition and circular economy. What measures need to be taken, what order and when. The project has ended in a film where just some of the many initiatives are mentioned.

August 2019

Organic cotton

At the fair in August, we can present our first knit sweater in 100% organically certified cotton. Not only good for the environment but also good for your body.

By 2026, the goal is 70% of our materials to be either recycled or organic fibers.

August 2019

Water consumption

On our most popular models and colors, we use the washing technology E-flow. This means that on a single pair of trousers we save 59L of water, where we go from 60L to only 0.75L

In 2022, the goal is that 80% of our basic program is washed by this method.

2018

Recycling packaging

70% of the boxes we receive from our manufacturers are recycled. All other boxes we send out are produced from recycled cardboard.

In 2030, the goal is that 100% of our paperboard and paper is FSC / PEFC certified.

August 2015

Plastic bottles

For the first time, we present a jacket made only of recycled polyester. Both the outer material but also the filling in the jacket is made of old plastic bottles.

In 2021, we work, towards that 50% of our materials must be either recycled or organic fibers.

June 2014

Solar cells

Solar cells are installed on the roof of our building. 60% of the energy we use comes from our own solar cells on the roof. At the same time, LED bulbs are being replaced everywhere in the office and warehouse.
